Today I’m going to be talking about a new section we have added to the site this week called fasteners.
These products are made by a company called Prym
Jersey Fasteners: These fasteners are designed to be used on a stretch fabric, hence the name Jersey Fasteners!!! They come in a variety of sizes from 9mm up to 12mm. There are also two different ”tops” available, either a ring or a cap finish. The Applicator tool is included with certain packs of this product.
Anorak Press Studs: Designed to be used on Jackets, anoraks or coats. These press studs come in choice of colours and are easily put onto your clothing item. The applicator tool is included when buying press studs.
Hooks & Bars: A great selection of these is available here at Fabric-World. These come in sizes from 9.5mm up to 25mm. These get used on skirts, dresses and trousers.
Fur Coat Hooks & Eyes: These hooks & eyes are to be used on faux fur jackets. Available in a choice of colours including Black, Brown, Beige & Grey.
Also available here at Fabric-World are tools used when applying poppers. These are available on their own or in a multi packs with a selection of fasteners, ideal for dressmakers or tailors.
