Here at Fabric-World we want to be 100% happy with your order from us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and a member of our sales team will advise on what we can do for you. All we ask is that your items are returned to us in the condition you received them in within 14 days from the sale date.
Please Note: Certain items are non-refundable. These include materials that are 'cut-off' to each individual order and items that are 'special order' only. This does nota ffect your statutaory rights in any way.
For returned orders, we do NOT refund P&P costs. All refunds processed will be minus the postage costs.
We also accept exchanges on goods. All you need to do is simply send back the original order in the condition it was sent to you in, with a covering note explaining what it is you would like in exchange. As with Returns, we cannot offer exchanges on cut fabrics or items that are special order.
Please note: When returning goods back to us for a Refund or an Exchange, please ensure that you retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the post.
Damaged/Defective Goods Replacement:
All of our orders are packaged accordingly to withstand the rigours of the postage system, however it can be the case that damage may still occur. If you receive your parcel and items are damaged or defective, please retain all of you original packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you. If this should occur, please inform our sales team who will be able to offer the best advice on what we can do to resolve any problems for you.
